Q. How does AJ Media's digital design process work?
A. Upon placing your order, you will receive an instructional email with a questionnaire which will enable you to share your vision with us, along with any artwork you want to feature in your design. Once AJ Media receive your completed questionnaire and artwork, we will get straight to work bringing your idea to life!

Q. What if I want to make some minor alterations to your design?
A. AJ Media provides two design proofs for you to select your preferred. From there we provide two revisions to incorporate any changes you want to make to the original proof and subsequent first revision.

Q. How long will it take to get my design?
A. AJ Media will deliver your design proof within 3 business days of receiving your completed questionnaire and artwork, each revision within 2 business days of receiving your revision requests. Meaning, if you keep your end of the bargain - we deliver finalised logo designs within 7 business days.
